This role will create practical training resources, lead engaging sessions in both virtual and onsite settings, and work closely with learning partners to support adoption across the organization. The position is based in Audubon, Pennsylvania, and is ideal for someone who can translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly instruction. Responsibilities: • Design blended learning programs that support technology-related initiatives and accommodate different learner needs. • Produce and maintain instructional materials such as standard operating procedures, step-by-step guides, reference tools, slide presentations, and video-based tutorials. • Collaborate with learning and development partners to contribute content for digital learning modules and online coursework. • Build structured, role-specific learning paths and onboarding resources that prepare employees for their responsibilities. • Review learner feedback and platform changes regularly to refresh training content and improve overall effectiveness. • Facilitate interactive training sessions in virtual and in-person environments, ensuring participants remain engaged and supported. • Organize training calendars, session logistics, and attendance records to keep programs running smoothly. • Assist with pilot programs, launch preparation, and rollout activities tied to new tools or process implementations. • Provide hands-on guidance during implementation and adoption periods to help users apply new knowledge successfully.

• Demonstrated experience delivering employee training and leading instructional sessions for diverse audiences. • Strong ability to create clear documentation and training manuals for software, systems, or operational processes. • Proficiency with common computer programs and digital tools used to develop learning content and presentations. • Experience building blended learning materials, including written guides, visual aids, and video tutorials. • Ability to communicate complex information in a practical, easy-to-understand manner. • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating schedules, tracking participation, and managing multiple training deliverables. • Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives and content development.
