This is a unique opportunity for a leader who enjoys balancing strategy, team leadership, customer service, and real-world technical problem solving.<br>You&#39;ll lead a team of 5-6 IT professionals while helping standardize infrastructure, improve processes, strengthen documentation, and elevate customer service.
