Marketing Manager Job Description

A marketing manager is responsible for overseeing the promotion of a company’s brand, and for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that build awareness of the company’s products or services. This professional may manage marketing for a range of products or specialize in a particular product or service, depending on the size of the organization. Marketing managers evaluate previous marketing campaigns, initiate market research, and develop and implement new campaigns. Candidates should have experience in online marketing and social media strategy. A degree in marketing or business administration is often required.
