Stock Administrator Job Description

Plans and directs operations and administration of organization’s benefits programs, which may include medical/health, dental, disability, vision and life insurance, retirement/pension plans, and more. Processes benefits enrollments, terminations, and claims. Researches benefits offerings and recommends options, negotiates with benefits plan vendors, communicates changes in benefit programs to employees, including open enrollment schedules. Requires strong computer capabilities, including benefits database software and programs. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are also essential, in addition to knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements.
