We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. In this hybrid role, you will contribute to strategic talent acquisition efforts while working collaboratively with managers across various departments. You will be expected to work three days per week in the office, with potential flexibility based on team needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for diverse roles.<br>• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, detail oriented networks, and referrals.<br>• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet immediate and future hiring needs.<br>• Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition efforts.<br>• Promote the organization's values and culture to prospective candidates.<br>• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.<br>• Support managers across different teams by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.<br>• Leverage technology and applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.<br>• Regularly report recruitment metrics and progress to leadership.
