They operate across the wellness, hospitality and catering sector. The business is scaling at pace, delivering high-quality experiences through an expanding multi-site portfolio and a strong customer-centric mission.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire a high-calibre Financial Analyst to join their evolving finance team on a full-time basis.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the group's multi-site operations. They will take on a number of key duties including:</p><ul><li>Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles across group and site-level business units.</li><li>Developing and maintaining financial models to track P&amp;L, cash flow, capex, and site-level profitability.</li><li>Producing monthly management reports, variance analyses, and KPIs for senior leadership and PE stakeholders.</li><li>Partnering with operations, commercial, and site leadership to interpret financial performance and drive improvements.</li><li>Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics such as revenue per site, EBITDA margin, and cost drivers.</li><li>Supporting long-range planning, strategic initiatives, and annual business plans.</li><li>Assisting with post-investment performance tracking and value-creation analysis.</li><li>Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to scale financial planning as the business grows.</li><li>Contributing to special projects, including new site openings, M&amp;A integration, and capital allocation.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Financial Analyst position should have the following:</p><ul><li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).</li><li>Proven FP&amp;A or commercial finance experience within a multi-site business (e.g., hospitality, leisure, retail, or gyms).</li><li>Strong financial modelling skills and confidence working with large datasets.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Strong business partnering mindset, able to work with non-finance stakeholders and translate financial concepts clearly.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, PE-backed environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p>£70,000 - £75,000 + additional benefits including:</p><ul><li>Discretionary bonus scheme</li><li>Membership access to the company venues</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Private BUPA health insurance</li><li>Smart savings platform</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
