You'll support group consolidation, ensure accurate reporting, and assist with audits across entities in the UK, Canada, the US, and Germany.</p><p>This position offers exposure to complex, multi-currency environments, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Assist with preparation of group consolidation, management, and statutory accounts</p></li><li><p>Oversee purchase ledger, including POs, invoice posting, accruals, and prepayments</p></li><li><p>Manage supplier payments and treasury processes across multiple banking platforms</p></li><li><p>Monitor cash flow and manage group deposits</p></li><li><p>Handle VAT and indirect tax submissions across various regions</p></li><li><p>Maintain payroll reconciliations and assist with onboarding/offboarding staff</p></li><li><p>Post month-end journals, reconciliations, and FX adjustments</p></li><li><p>Support annual audits and collaborate with external auditors</p></li><li><p>Generate financial and analytical reports from ERP systems (SAP Business ByDesign preferred)</p></li><li><p>Contribute to finance system and BI tool enhancements</p></li></ul><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)</p></li><li><p>Experience working within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of payroll, tax, and treasury</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP system (advantageous)</p></li><li><p>Exposure to project-based or time-and-bill environments (beneficial)</p></li><li><p>Genuine interest in sustainability and innovation</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What's on Offer</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Competitive salary and benefits package</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to be part of a global business with a clear environmental purpose</p></li><li><p>Career development within a supportive and collaborative finance team</p></li><li><p>Hybrid working model based in London</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
