<p> </p><p>Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a firm known globally for its premium range of products - with a reputation for quality, innovation and always with a consumer focus.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking to hire a commercially minded Management Accountant to join the UK HQ finance team near High Wycombe.</p><p><br /> As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the UK business.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Duties: </strong></p><ul><li>Own the month-end process, producing accurate, timely management accounts that drive action.</li><li>Deliver sharp P&amp;L analysis, surfacing trends and explaining variances to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Safeguard balance sheet integrity with watertight reconciliations and clear ownership.</li><li>Lead on statutory reporting so the business stays fully compliant.</li><li>Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve cost control and performance visibility.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with data-led insight and healthy challenge.</li><li>Streamline reporting and processes, enhancing controls and efficiency across finance.</li><li>Contribute to wider projects (systems/reporting enhancements, new initiatives) that support growth.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).</li><li>Extensive management accounting experience, as well as prior exposure to FMCG or product-led, retail financial accounting.</li><li>Experience working with stock/inventory or product-based environments.</li><li>Previous exposure to e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries is highly desired.</li><li>Confident communicator who can translate finance for non-finance stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Why this role could be your next move:</strong></p><p>This role offers the best of both worlds: Management accounting responsibility alongside real commercial exposure.
