Using their cutting-edge solutions, they focus on enhancing sustainability, improving efficiency, and reducing environmental impact through the use of advanced technology.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a part-qualified Management Accountant to join the department on a full-time basis.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>The Management Accountant for this engineering business based in the City of London, will assist with the management accounts preparation across all international entities, working closely with the Financial Controller. They will take on a number of key duties including:</p><ul><li>Assist with group consolidation and management accounts preparation.</li><li>Oversee purchase ledger processes including associated accruals &amp; prepayments.</li><li>Monitor cash balances across group, and manage treasury deposits.</li><li>Manage payment runs and supplier approvals.</li><li>Handle VAT and indirect taxes in UK and other international entities.</li><li>Post month-end journals and reconciliations.</li><li>Support the year-end processes and liaise with auditors on any queries.</li><li>Generate and analyse any financial reports through internal systems.</li><li>Regularly assist with any system / process improvements across wider business.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Management Accountant position, should have the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Ideally 3+ years of experience within a similar capacity supporting management accounts.</li><li>Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)</li><li>Practical experience with multi-entity/currency accounts.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written &amp; verbal.</li><li>Prior experience working within the engineering industry or similar (project-based) is advantageous.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p>£40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits including:</p><ul><li>Hybrid working - 3 days in office</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Study support (post probation)</li><li>Company socials</li><li>Career development opportunities</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
