This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and wants to play a key part in shaping how technology supports and drives business success.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>As IT Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely while identifying opportunities to enhance performance and innovation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners to develop the firm's technology roadmap - from cloud infrastructure to AI-driven solutions - keeping us at the forefront of our industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>IT Infrastructure Management:</strong> Oversee and maintain all hardware, software, and systems (including workstations, cloud platforms, and AI tools) in partnership with our external IT provider.</li><li><strong>Technology Development:</strong> Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve efficiency, collaboration, and client service.</li><li><strong>AI and Automation:</strong> Identify, implement, and manage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance output quality.</li><li><strong>System Administration:</strong> Act as administrator for key platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity &amp; Compliance:</strong> Enforce cybersecurity policies, ensure data privacy compliance, and conduct regular risk assessments in collaboration with the compliance team.</li><li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Serve as the main contact for IT vendors and partners, overseeing service delivery and contributing to long-term IT strategy.</li><li><strong>Support &amp; Training:</strong> Provide first-line support to staff, deliver IT training, and maintain clear documentation of systems and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in IT management or a senior technical role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>cybersecurity</strong>, <strong>Microsoft 365</strong>, and <strong>Salesforce (beneficial, not essential)</strong>.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Confident communicator, able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.</li><li>Experience in a <strong>regulated industry</strong> (e.g. financial services, insurance, or legal) preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join</strong></p><p>This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm where technology is central to growth and success.
