You will play a key role in supporting the senior finance leadership team by providing flexible, high-impact resource across a range of critical finance functions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead bank and stock reconciliations, including liaising with external banking partners and managing trade finance documentation</li><li>Define and implement robust end-to-end finance processes and controls, ensuring scalability and compliance</li><li>Review, improve and document existing financial controls and procedures, enhancing operational efficiency</li><li>Manage group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations, currently overseen by external auditors</li><li>Drive system integration initiatives, including automation and implementation of an expenses module</li><li>Collaborate closely with finance leadership to manage team workload, improve accuracy, and support strategic priorities</li><li>Champion continuous improvement, contributing to team development and embedding best practice across the function</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>A flexible part-time role with hybrid working arrangements - 3 days per week minimum to be completed on Monday, Tuesday + either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday </li><li>The chance to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and evolving finance environment</li><li>Competitive daily rate, with IR35 status currently under review</li></ul><p>We are seeing a notable increase in demand for experienced interim finance professionals across the South West.
