For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:Circa £85,000 plus wider benefits including bonus and hybrid working Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:<ul><li>Responsible for ensuring the production and completion of monthly management accounts, in line with accounting and taxation legislation, and the agreed timetables</li><li>Preparation of annual budgets and interim forecast updates</li><li>Managing the finance function consisting of both core and transactional finance </li><li>Support senior management with the analysis of business initiatives / commercial proposals, improving the quality of commercial insight and developing "business partnering" capability</li><li>Manage the annual audit, liaising with the external auditors and other stakeholders</li><li>Responsible for preparing corporation tax information packs for the external corporation tax advisors</li><li>Ensure the business is compliant with external legislation and follows all required internal procedures. Conduct internal procedure reviews and audit of compliance</li><li>Collaborate with both finance and non-finance divisions to standardise and streamline operations through process and systems changes</li><li>Be a key part of the project implementation team to migrate from current finance system onto the new platform</li></ul> Person specification:<ul><li>Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years PQE</li><li>Currently operating as Financial Controller or above with a minimum FTE headcounts of 6+</li><li>Experience in financial forecasts, budgeting and financial accounts management</li><li>Strong financial reporting, accounting, and analytical skills</li><li>Hands on, pro-active approach and strive to excellence</li><li>Experience in a rapid growing organisation or organisation focused on growth</li><li>Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with all stakeholders</li><li>Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure without direction</li></ul> For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:Circa £85,000 plus wider benefits including bonus and hybrid working Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
