Due to an internal secondment, the business is looking for an <strong>Interim Finance Manager</strong> to support the Financial Controller and CFO across their UK entities.</p><p>This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing finance function during a period of planning and year-end activity, in a role that offers visibility, autonomy, and hybrid working.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As <strong>Interim Finance Manager</strong>, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, while supporting the wider business with planning and audit deliverables.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing year-end financial statements and group consolidations across three UK entities.</li><li>Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors, ensuring all timelines are tracked and met (December year-end, completion by early March).</li><li>Producing monthly management accounts, posting journals, and completing first-level reviews and variance analysis prior to senior sign-off.</li><li>Supporting the Financial Controller and CFO with budgeting and forecasting for 2026, collating information from across the business and presenting to management in November.</li><li>Providing analytical insight and supporting ongoing process improvements within the finance team.</li></ul><p><strong>The Successful Candidate</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong experience in <strong>management accounting, year-end preparation and audit liaison</strong>.
