This is a highly interesting opportunity, with a strong emphasis on cash flow and treasury management at a time when the complexity of the business is increasing significantly.</p><p>As the organisation continues to grow, this role will play a key part in strengthening day-to-day financial control while also supporting wider finance activity across the business.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Ownership of cash flow forecasting and monitoring, ensuring the business has clear visibility and control as requirements become more complex</li><li>Supporting treasury management, including banking relationships, funding movements and short- to medium-term cash planning</li><li>Monitoring working capital, cash conversion and liquidity</li><li>Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Getting involved in broader finance duties as the business scales, including process improvement and ad hoc projects</li><li>Supporting the Financial Controller with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary</li></ul><p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience within a busy finance function</li><li>Part Qualified or qualified by experience</li><li>Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment</li><li>Hands-on, practical mindset with the ability to work across both detail and the bigger picture</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & benefits</strong></p><ul><li>£40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)</li><li>4 day working week, with 2 days at home and 2 in the office</li><li>Opportunity to play a visible and influential role during a period of growth</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
