This is an unusual and highly interesting opportunity, with a strong emphasis on <strong>cash flow and treasury management</strong> at a time when the complexity of the business is increasing significantly.</p><p>As the organisation continues to grow, this role will play a key part in strengthening day-to-day financial control while also supporting wider finance activity across the business.</p><h3>The role</h3><p>Reporting into the senior finance lead, key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Ownership of <strong>cash flow forecasting and monitoring</strong>, ensuring the business has clear visibility and control as requirements become more complex</li><li>Supporting <strong>treasury management</strong>, including banking relationships, funding movements and short- to medium-term cash planning</li><li>Preparation of <strong>monthly management accounts</strong>, including variance analysis and commentary</li><li>Monitoring working capital, cash conversion and liquidity</li><li>Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Getting involved in broader finance duties as the business scales, including process improvement and ad hoc projects</li></ul><h3>The ideal candidate</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in <strong>cash flow management</strong>; exposure to treasury or funding processes would be highly advantageous</li><li>Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment</li><li>Hands-on, practical mindset with the ability to work across both detail and the bigger picture</li></ul><h3>Salary &amp; benefits</h3><ul><li><strong>£40,000 - £45,000</strong> (depending on experience)</li><li><strong>Part-time hours considered</strong> for the right candidate</li><li>Opportunity to play a visible and influential role during a period of growth</li></ul><br><br><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
