The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver results, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to accountability.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Consolidate data from sales, supply chain, and other internal departments within the organization.</li><li>Perform key financial analyses, including margin analysis, to support decision-making.</li><li>Support external audits by ensuring accurate and timely reporting across departments.</li><li>Develop and present actionable insights in an executive-summary format.</li><li>Act as a business partner, collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting needs and deadlines.</li><li>Drive accountability by actively following up on outstanding items and ensuring completion of deliverables.</li><li>Showcase a track record of successfully delivered projects and analyses that contribute to organizational success.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights clearly.</li><li><strong>Proven Track Record:</strong> Demonstrated success in similar FP& A roles, with a history of delivering high-impact projects.</li><li><strong>Accountability:</strong> Proactive approach to driving outcomes and gathering information to ensure deliverables are completed.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
