The role requires expertise in budgeting & forecasting, end to end accouting and and financial reporting, ensuring the organization's financial activities are accurate and compliant. Responsibilities:• Manage payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing employee payments.• Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment disbursement.• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to streamline financial tasks.• Prepare detailed financial reports using tools like Crystal Reports to support strategic decision-making.• Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and address discrepancies.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and payroll regulations.• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.• Monitor and improve payment processing practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Proven experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian. • Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools like Crystal Reports. • Comprehensive understanding of payroll and benefit administration processes. • Familiarity with payment processing and accounts payable workflows. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of financial compliance standards and regulations. • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
