Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning. • Prepare accurate financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses. • Utilize accounting software systems and tools to streamline financial processes and ensure data accuracy. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data. • Support the budgeting process by providing insights, recommendations, and detailed financial models. • Perform data mining and analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Manage financial reporting tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. • Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports to present financial information effectively. • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of financial systems and processes. • Provide expertise in accounting functions, including payroll processing and reconciliations.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools, such as ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms. • Strong knowledge of budgeting processes, financial reporting, and accounting principles. • Expertise in data mining techniques and the ability to analyze complex datasets. • Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
