We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves sourcing and qualifying candidates for various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, this position offers the flexibility of remote work and requires a self-driven individual eager to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing for multiple departments and roles. • Manage initial screening calls to assess qualifications and suitability. • Coordinate interview schedules with senior recruitment staff. • Utilize recruitment tools and systems, including Oracle, to streamline hiring processes. • Collaborate with a talent acquisition team to meet organizational hiring goals. • Ensure a high standard of candidate evaluation during screening to deliver quality candidates. • Problem-solve independently and adapt to evolving recruitment needs. • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process. • Work efficiently within set timelines to meet hiring targets.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full cycle recruiting or a related HR role. • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now and ATS systems. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously. • Ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with CRM platforms and their application in recruitment. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. • Experience with onboarding and staffing processes. • Knowledge of hiring best practices and HR administration.
