We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting procedures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses strong leadership skills. Based in Concord, Ontario, you will play a key role in managing accounting functions and supporting the organization's financial goals. Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.• Oversee the preparation and review of accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.• Oversee daily cash flow and weekly payroll transactions. • Track and allocate costs to active construction projects. • Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.

• Bachelors of Commerce Degree is Required • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial operations. • Job costing experience • Experience in construction or manufacturing would be a huge asset.
