This organization is looking for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter to take on a pivotal role in handling full-cycle accounting duties while contributing to the financial health of the business.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards</li><li>Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Monitor and report on financial variances, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls and maintain accurate financial records</li><li>Assist with process improvements and contribute to implementing accounting software upgrades, if applicable</li></ul>
