You’ll lead a high-performing AR team, drive collections, and support process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations and team performance</li><li>Manage task assignments and workload distribution</li><li>Coach and mentor team members; foster a positive team culture</li><li>Ensure quality standards and timely reporting</li><li>Communicate effectively across teams and with leadership</li><li>Solve operational challenges and support process improvements</li><li>Assist with goal setting and project coordination</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as requested</li></ul>
