<p>Our client in <strong>Calgary</strong> is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Coordinator </strong>to support the execution of a global leadership development program. In this long-term contract role based in <strong>Calgary</strong>, you’ll manage logistics, scheduling, and communications to ensure a seamless participant experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate calendars, venues, and session logistics</li><li>Manage budgets, vendor payments, and documentation</li><li>Support internal and external stakeholders to meet program timelines</li><li>Track attendance, engagement, and feedback</li><li>Prepare and distribute program materials (print and digital)</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul><p><br></p>
