<p>Nous recherchons un technicien informatique motivé pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée déterminée. Ce poste est basé à Montréal, Québec, et offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à un projet essentiel tout en mettant à profit vos compétences en support technique et service à la clientèle. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'intégration et le soutien des utilisateurs au sein de deux entités récemment acquises.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsabilités:</p><p>• Fournir un support technique de niveau 1 et 2 aux employés des entités nouvellement acquises, couvrant environ 30 à 40 utilisateurs.</p><p>• Collaborer avec l'équipe technique existante pour garantir un service efficace, en tenant compte des différents fuseaux horaires.</p><p>• Participer activement à la migration des utilisateurs vers des environnements virtuels comme VMware et Citrix.</p><p>• Configurer et intégrer des comptes Office 365, notamment Exchange, Teams et SharePoint.</p><p>• Installer et configurer les postes de travail, imprimantes et autres périphériques nécessaires.</p><p>• Identifier et résoudre les problèmes liés au matériel, aux logiciels et au réseau.</p><p>• Documenter les interventions et gérer les demandes dans le système de suivi des billets.</p><p>• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire du centre de services pour coordonner les activités liées au support technique.</p>
