We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a long-term contract position within the financial services industry, offering an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and coordinate calendars to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings and appointments.<br>• Respond to inbound calls and provide effective assistance or redirection as needed.<br>• Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.<br>• Monitor and maintain office supply inventories, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.<br>• Organize and manage office documentation to support operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, showcasing strong organizational skills.<br>• Proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and emails.<br>• Ability to manage office supplies and maintain inventory effectively.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
