Workplace Experience Coordinator
We are looking for a personable and organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This contract position is fully onsite and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our workplace while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a detail-oriented approach, and attention to detail to ensure our office remains welcoming and efficient.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors warmly and provide tours of the office to ensure they feel welcomed and informed.<br>• Manage the front desk area, including answering inquiries and directing guests appropriately.<br>• Assist with conference room setups and general office organization, ensuring spaces are tidy and functional.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as managing the inbox, filing, scanning, and processing light data entry.<br>• Support workplace events, including coordinating activities for the annual summer party and other special projects.<br>• Maintain a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor while providing excellent customer service.<br>• Push chairs, organize seating, and perform light upkeep tasks to maintain a clean and efficient office environment.<br>• Collaborate with team members to execute hospitality-related duties effectively.<br>• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.<br>• Proficiency in performing light administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning.<br>• Comfort in handling physical tasks like organizing furniture and maintaining office spaces.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative in learning new responsibilities.<br>• Familiarity with workplace coordination and event planning is an asset.<br>• Availability to work fully onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia.
