<p>Our client is in the real estate industry sector and they are searching for an Accounting Manager for a 3 month contract. You will be primarily responsible for the following:</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide oversight on financial accounting process in Finance Department</p><p>• Oversee month-end close activities and prepare financial statements</p><p>• Prepare Consolidated financial statements</p><p>• Manage 3 staff</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>Designated accountant (CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience from public practice coupled with industry experience.</p><p><br></p><p>You also have the following key skills and experience for the contract role:</p><p><br></p><p>• Full cycle accounting and month-end close experience</p><p>• IFRS and consolidations experience and strong technical accounting experience</p><p>• Experience leading a small Finance team</p><p>• Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</p><p>• Firm but confident to push back as needed</p><p>• Tech savvy and can figure out that things are not set up properly</p><p>• Can work independently and be self-motivated</p><p>• Advanced Excel skills</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a qualified and experienced senior-level payroll professional please submit your resume to Robert Half Management Resources and include a subject line stating &quot;Accounting Manager&quot;.
