<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Risk & Compliance Associate</strong> to help strengthen our compliance and risk management framework. This role ensures that the organization operates within regulatory requirements and internal standards, while also identifying and mitigating risks. You’ll act as both a safeguard and a trusted advisor, guiding teams to follow best practices while keeping processes efficient and practical.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure client documentation (including KYC) is complete, accurate, and compliant.</li><li>Maintain and update policies and procedures, ensuring staff are aware of and follow them.</li><li>Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.</li><li>Assess internal processes, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.</li><li>Coordinate and deliver compliance training for staff.</li><li>Assist in investigations of potential issues or policy breaches.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex rules in clear, accessible terms.</li><li>Skilled at balancing oversight with being a collaborative partner to business teams.</li><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
