Sales Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this contract position, you'll support sales operations by managing data, coordinating reports, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in sales support and administrative functions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.<br>• Process and analyze sales data to generate accurate reports and insights.<br>• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain records.<br>• Assist in pricing strategies and proposals to enhance sales outcomes.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.<br>• Manage financial services tools like ADP and Concur for efficient workflow.<br>• Prepare detailed reports using tools such as Crystal Reports.<br>• Contribute to the organization and execution of hospitality management functions.<br>• Maintain office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.<br>• Support the implementation of custom sales initiatives and projects.
• Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data processing tools.<br>• Strong knowledge of financial services software such as ADP and Concur.<br>• Familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.<br>• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management.<br>• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
