Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our client in Toronto, Ontario. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. If you are organized, resourceful, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and positive experience.</p><p>• Manage the front desk area, including answering multi-line phone systems and handling email correspondence.</p><p>• Coordinate meeting room bookings using tools such as iPads and office suite software.</p><p>• Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.</p><p>• Receive and distribute deliveries, utilizing the delivery elevator as needed.</p><p>• Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including checking supplies and ensuring readiness.</p><p>• Support staff with general administrative tasks such as data entry and file organization.</p><p>• Replenish kitchen supplies and maintain a tidy and well-stocked kitchen area.</p><p>• Collaborate with onsite IT and other departments to address office needs.</p><p>• Provide additional support to team members and management as required.</p>
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, and other office management software is an asset.
