We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones, for large-scale integration initiatives. • Establish governance structures and facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards organizational goals. • Lead cross-functional teams to execute integration strategies while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns. • Monitor and report on program performance, providing accurate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to harmonize systems, policies, and processes for seamless integration. • Drive continuous improvements in program processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions. • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and cultivating future talent. • Support pre-close due diligence activities and translate findings into actionable integration plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale, complex initiatives. • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure, with expertise in integration and transformation environments. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and collaboration platforms. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to leading projects and managing challenges. • Familiarity with CRM systems, cloud technologies, and QA management processes. • Preferred qualifications include PRINCE2 certification or equivalent, as well as experience with sales compensation and consulting.
