Production Coordinator
<p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>Our eCommerce client in Toronto is looking for a Production Coordinator for a 15 month contract. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, and ideally local to the Greater Toronto area. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p><p>The Production Coordinator will be responsible for building, testing, and launching digital campaigns — primarily emails and web banners — using HTML and CSS.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and code marketing emails and web banners using HTML/CSS, ensuring all assets render and function correctly across devices and platforms.</li><li>Launch campaigns — including but not limited to emails and website banners — with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Consistently identify and recommend improvements in the production workflow to enhance efficiency and quality.</li><li>Interact with internal and external teams to ensure all projects meet brief/project requirements and will display and function as expected.</li><li>Conduct thorough QA testing before campaign launches to confirm functionality, responsiveness, and visual consistency.</li><li>Maintain and update templates as needed to support new campaign requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and brand consistency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in a Production Coordination role, email production or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>HTML, CSS</strong>, and responsive email design best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with major <strong>email service providers (ESPs)</strong> and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
