<p>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join a dynamic and growing law firm. This full-time position is ideal for lawyers with strong research and analytical skills who are eager to work on a diverse portfolio of cases.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·      Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.</p><p>·      Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to litigation matters.</p><p>·      Assist in managing case files, discovery, and document review.</p><p>·      Prepare witnesses and supporting trial preparation efforts.</p><p>·      Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.</p><p>·      Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and client communications.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·      Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</p><p>·      Admittance to the Ontario Bar in good standing.</p><p>·      1–4 years of litigation experience preferred.</p><p>·      Superior written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p>
