<p>Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or management consulting.</p><p>Strong background in scenario-based financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making.</p><p>Proficiency in designing and delivering financial dashboards and standardized reporting packages.</p><p>Experience reviewing contracts and assessing financial risk using best practice approaches.</p><p>Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders to integrate finance into program delivery.</p><p>Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.</p><p>Advanced analytical skills and keen attention to detail.</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); experience with charity finance systems is a plus.</p>
