This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to manage and maintain detailed financial records related to franchise operations, leases, and other key areas. The role requires a commitment to accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and collaborative efforts to support financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities: • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly. • Oversee liability and asset accounts, including accruals and valuations, to ensure reliable financial reporting. • Prepare working papers and respond to inquiries for quarterly and annual audits. • Process accounts payable transactions with precision, ensuring proper coding and compliance. • Conduct monthly variance analysis for franchise operations to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Reconcile inventory transactions and account for franchise-related expenses. • Prepare and manage lease accounting schedules, including Right-of-Use assets and liabilities. • Assist with treasury activities such as bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring. • Collaborate with teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Document and monitor internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

• Proven experience in financial analysis and accounting functions. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data mining techniques. • Strong understanding of budget processes and variance analysis. • Ability to perform ad hoc financial reporting and analysis. • Knowledge of lease accounting standards and compliance requirements. • Expertise in preparing audit documentation and supporting financial audits. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
