We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join our clients team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key accounting processes while collaborating with a dedicated treasury team. The position involves performing a range of reconciliation, and accounting tasks to support the organization's financial operations. Responsibilities:• Perform detailed cash and bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.• Audit financial accounts, including reviewing bank fees and addressing discrepancies.• Prepare and process journal entries, including budget adjustments and month-end close activities.• Manage credit card reconciliations and employee expense accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.• Create allocation reports to support accounts payable and procurement processes.• Handle ad hoc accounting tasks, such as uploading journal entries and assisting with financial reporting.• Collaborate with senior accountants to address treasury and cash management needs.• Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, to analyze financial data and generate reports.• Operate within Oracle Fusion to manage accounting workflows and ensure data integrity.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliations and financial processes. • Proficiency in cash management and treasury-related functions. • Strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables). • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar HCM SaaS platforms is highly desirable. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance while meeting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Familiarity with journal entries, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
