Due to exciting growth, the team is expanding, and looking to hire a <strong>Controller</strong> to lead accounting operations and drive excellence in financial reporting across multiple legal entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements under ASPE while supporting strategic decision-making at the corporate level. The Controller will manage a team of six and work closely with the VP of Finance to maintain strong internal controls, standardized reporting processes, and compliance standards. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.</li><li>CPA is required.</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–5 years in consolidated reporting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ASPE.</li><li>Experience with multi-entity consolidation and financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).</li><li>3+ years of managing staff.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze financial results to support business decisions.</li><li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Effective communicator with senior leadership.</li><li>Strong organizational and team management capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
