If you excel in dynamic environments and bring a solutions-focused mindset, we invite you to explore this exciting role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee comprehensive accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable management, reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and the production of detailed financial reports.</li><li>Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial records.</li><li>Develop budgets, prepare forecasts, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic organizational decisions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with senior leadership and external partners to facilitate strategic planning, audit processes, and tax compliance.</li><li>Drive process optimization and spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement to increase workflow efficiency and overall effectiveness.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and traits:</p><ul><li>At least 7<strong> years of progressive accounting experience</strong>, preferably within a <strong>multi-entity</strong> and <strong>multi-currency</strong> environment.</li><li>A <strong>CPA </strong>designation (preferred).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas), along with proficiency in Microsoft Word. Experience with PowerPoint is an asset for creating presentations and reports.</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>Sage </strong>or a similar ERP system is highly advantageous.</li><li>Highly <strong>organized</strong> with exceptional <strong>time-management skills</strong>, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.</li><li>A <strong>detail-oriented</strong> and analytical thinker who excels at troubleshooting and problem-solving when faced with challenges.</li><li>A positive, enthusiastic team player who can operate autonomously while also fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About Robert Half:</strong></p><p>At Robert Half, we specialize in connecting highly skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
