<p>Our client is an organization delivering complex software and integrated systems to customers across North America and international markets. They are seeking a <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> to manage projects end-to-end within a structured PMO environment. This is a hands-on role focused on customer and stakeholder management, requirements, scope, financials, scheduling, risk, and project delivery.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.</li><li>Manage customer relationships and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Own requirements gathering, validation, documentation, and change management.</li><li>Manage scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and resources, particularly within fixed-price projects.</li><li>Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and required project documentation.</li><li>Follow established PMO stage-gate processes and ensure project artifacts are completed.</li><li>Work closely with software development, engineering, and technical teams.</li><li>Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.</li><li>Lead primarily Waterfall projects while incorporating Agile practices where appropriate.</li><li>Contribute to PMO process improvements, project reviews, and lessons learned.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>7+ years of project management experience in a technical/software environment.</li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification.</li><li>Strong experience managing <strong>external customers and stakeholders</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of requirements management, validation, scope control, and change management.</li><li>Experience with fixed-price projects, financial forecasting, and project costing.</li><li>Technical background with exposure to software development, IT infrastructure, engineering, or systems integration.</li><li>Comfortable working within a formal PMO/stage-gate environment.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable being hands-on with project documentation and deliverables.</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 20–25%, primarily to the US.</li></ul><p><br></p>
