Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of organizational and communication tasks. This contract position is based in North York, Ontario, and offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure all documents are easily accessible.<br>• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.<br>• Prepare routine reports and spreadsheets, including summaries, dashboards, and reconciliations.<br>• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate billing, collections, and refund processes.<br>• Communicate with vendors, customers, and stakeholders to address and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Assist in tracking budgets and expenditures while supporting audits and financial reviews.<br>• Participate in finance-related projects and contribute to process improvements.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.<br>• Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.<br>• Experience in customer service and managing inbound/outbound calls is an asset.
