They are looking to add a Distribution Coordinator to their office.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — ensuring that products move efficiently from the manufacturing facility to warehouses and customers. You’ll collaborate with logistics partners, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and compliant with international trade requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate transfer orders between warehouses and manufacturing.</li><li>Prepare international shipping documents and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.</li><li>Work closely with logistics providers to manage delivery schedules.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment planning.</li><li>Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and dealers.</li><li>Support the Distribution Manager with daily operations and reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or shipping coordination.</li><li>Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or international trade preferred.</li><li>Strong Excel and ERP experience (Syspro and Netstock are big pluses).</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Understanding of international shipping documentation.</li><li>A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.</li></ul><p>If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
