Customer Service III - CAD
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Markham, Ontario. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to customers and sales representatives within the healthcare industry. This hybrid position combines in-office and remote work, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team while building meaningful customer relationships.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide timely and attentive support to customers and sales representatives, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled effectively.<br>• Manage customer accounts and orders, including accurate processing, tracking, and resolution of any issues.<br>• Maintain and monitor email inboxes, ensuring prompt action on customer orders and service requests.<br>• Assist new customers and support users of the online ordering portal, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed.<br>• Document and resolve customer or sales interactions, complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.<br>• Review daily sales transactions to ensure completion and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.<br>• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task completion and maintain strong working relationships.<br>• Adhere to established customer service standards, policies, and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.<br>• Contribute actively to team initiatives and organizational goals, supporting the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
• Completion of a college diploma, university degree, or related post-secondary education.<br>• Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members.<br>• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with high engagement.<br>• Proficiency in technical systems, including familiarity with order management tools such as SAP or comparable platforms.<br>• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry is an asset.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing customer accounts and orders.<br>• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.<br>• Comfort navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
