Bilingual Customer Service III - CAD
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Markham, Ontario. This long-term contract position offers a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote work, and is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and thrive in collaborative environments. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional support to customers and sales representatives, ensuring seamless order management and customer satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver high-quality service by responding to customer inquiries and sales team requests in a timely and detail-oriented manner.<br>• Process and manage customer orders accurately, including verification and tracking, while addressing any issues promptly.<br>• Handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring all requests and orders are appropriately actioned.<br>• Support new customers and assist with navigating the online ordering portal.<br>• Document and resolve customer, sales, and patient interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.<br>• Monitor daily sales transactions to ensure completion and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow and complete tasks efficiently.<br>• Identify areas for process improvement and present suggestions to the leadership team.<br>• Uphold company standards by adhering to call quality policies and customer service procedures.<br>• Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Completion of a college diploma, university degree, or related post-secondary education.<br>• Familiarity with order management systems, such as SAP or similar platforms, and ability to navigate multiple systems.<br>• Prior experience in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.<br>• Technical aptitude and comfort in using various tools and systems.<br>• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
