This is a hands-on role ideal for a finance professional with deep experience in manufacturing operations and inventory management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>As Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory accounting, supporting month-end close activities, and delivering timely financial insights to leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of monthly financial statements and P& L analysis.</li><li>Manage inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation.</li><li>Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and cost control.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>CPA designation or equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a Controller or Assistant Controller role within the <strong>manufacturing industry</strong>.</li><li>Strong background in <strong>inventory management and costing</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul><p>If you’re a detail-oriented finance leader with a passion for manufacturing and a track record of success in inventory management, we’d love to connect with you.</p>
