Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario, on a contract basis. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient communication and document management. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a collaborative environment while contributing to the success of our organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and generate precise correspondence, including client letters, with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Manage data entry tasks to ensure the integrity and completeness of records.<br>• Handle email communications promptly and with a focus on detail, addressing inquiries and sharing information as required.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word effectively to create, format, and edit documents.<br>• Maintain and update mailing lists to ensure accuracy and relevance.<br>• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support administrative projects and initiatives.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.
• Proven experience in administrative support roles, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.<br>• Familiarity with managing mailing lists and email correspondence.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
