This role supports financial planning, reporting, and decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance business performance and financial visibility. The ideal candidate is an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners effectively with stakeholders, and delivers accurate, meaningful financial analysis.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and variances.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting through projections, assumptions, and planning activities.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models for planning, analysis, and decision-making.</li><li>Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support business strategy.</li><li>Ensure financial data accuracy, compliance, and effective controls.</li><li>Leverage Excel, reporting tools, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to gather information, communicate results, and support decisions.</li></ul>

<ul><li>7+ years’ experience in Financial Analysis/FP&amp;A in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Accounting designation or active progress toward one is an asset.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.</li><li>Experience with financial systems and reporting tools; Power BI is an asset.</li><li>Proven expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and financial controls. </li></ul><p>If you are available immediately with the requirements listed above, click the “Apply Now!” link.
