Receptionist
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta on a contract basis. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and tenants, while also managing administrative tasks that support daily operations. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors and tenants at the front desk, ensuring a friendly and attentive experience.<br>• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries promptly.<br>• Manage accounts payable by matching invoices to purchase orders, entering data into the system, and resolving discrepancies with the appropriate department.<br>• Assist with tenant communications and provide support as needed.<br>• Perform routine data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform daily tasks efficiently.<br>• Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring proper coordination.<br>• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.<br>• Collaborate with team members to complete additional administrative duties as required.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong skills in accounts payable and invoice processing.<br>• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.<br>• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to communicate effectively through email and other written correspondence.<br>• Adaptable and quick to learn new tasks or processes.
