POD Administrative Coordinator
<p>Our client is seeking a <strong>POD Administrative Coordinator</strong> to join their team in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This role supports daily administrative and operational activities by coordinating documentation, assisting with billing processes, and maintaining smooth communication across the office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities while providing dependable customer service in a fast-paced transportation environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process and verify load details, delivery confirmations, and billing information accurately.</li><li>Submit daily paperwork and maintain organized records.</li><li>Respond to calls, customer inquiries, and approval requests promptly.</li><li>Complete office duties, audits, filing, and supply restocking.</li><li>Assist with dispatch order intake and transportation operations support.</li><li>Apply transportation equipment knowledge to ensure accurate paperwork processing.</li><li>Follow company quality, safety, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.</li></ul>
