Payroll Administrator
<p>Our client, a vibrant and collaborative organization based in Edmonton, is seeking an experienced <strong>Payroll Administrator</strong> to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, people-first culture and can hit the ground running with minimal training.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process payroll for full-time and part-time employees in Canada and support US payroll</li><li>Utilize ADP for payroll processing, employee updates, and source deductions</li><li>Manage ROEs and support offboarding processes, including mass offboarding</li><li>Handle people changes, back-office payroll processing, and HRIS updates</li><li>Support simple administration tasks and employee transitions</li><li>Maintain compliance with relevant payroll legislation across jurisdictions</li><li>Use Excel for payroll-related data analysis and reporting (integration with NetSuite)</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as requested</li></ul>
