We are looking for an experienced IAM/Active Directory Architect to lead the design and advancement of secure identity services for a complex enterprise environment. This permanent opportunity offers a hybrid work setting and focuses on creating resilient, scalable solutions that support access management, governance, and enterprise security objectives. The role works closely with technical leaders, delivery teams, and business partners to shape standards, guide architecture decisions, and strengthen the organization’s long-term identity strategy.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise identity and access management initiatives across business and technology programs.<br>• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps, implementation plans, and operating models for identity services.<br>• Advise architects, engineers, and stakeholders on solution direction for access control, authentication, and identity lifecycle management.<br>• Establish reference designs, configuration standards, and service patterns for directory services and modern IAM platforms.<br>• Facilitate technical workshops with internal teams and external vendors to define scalable and secure solution approaches.<br>• Review current environments to identify design weaknesses, operational risks, and opportunities to improve security and user experience.<br>• Assess new tools, platforms, and market trends to support informed technology decisions aligned with enterprise goals.<br>• Produce and maintain clear architecture documents, diagrams, and supporting technical artifacts for governance and delivery purposes.<br>• Provide advanced support for complex identity issues and contribute to governance activities related to architecture and design.

• At least 5 years of experience working in enterprise IT environments.<br>• Minimum 3 years of experience designing architecture solutions within large and complex organizations.<br>• Hands-on expertise with identity and access management platforms, provisioning processes, and directory services.<br>• Strong understanding of cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid identity architectures.<br>• Proven ability to create architecture documentation, solution designs, roadmaps, and technical proposals.<br>• Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.<br>• Broad knowledge of endpoint and mobile operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.<br>• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, and network architecture principles.
